Return to Morocco
Spring 2026
Return to the magic of Morocco, from Marrakech medinas to Saharan dunes, blending deep cultural immersion with meaningful community service.
Trip Details
Begin in the vibrant heart of Marrakech: explore the medina's winding alleys, discover artisan souks, and connect with local culture through hands-on cooking classes and community partnerships.
Journey into the High Atlas Mountains to engage with rural communities, teaching, sharing, and supporting ongoing recovery and development efforts in mountain villages.
Venture south through the Draa Valley to the Sahara. Ride camels into golden dunes, sleep under a canopy of stars at a luxury desert camp, and experience the profound stillness of the desert.
Day by Day
Touch down in Morocco's capital and settle into your riad. A welcome dinner brings the group together before the adventure begins.
Explore the Chellah Ruins (UNESCO World Heritage Site), stroll through the Kasbah des Oudaias, and wander the old medina's winding lanes.
Drive to Fes, one of the world's oldest medieval cities. Tour the UNESCO-listed medina, visit the famous tanneries, and browse the artisan quarter.
A hands-on artisanal weaving workshop with local women. Connect with community organizations working to preserve traditional crafts and support economic empowerment.
Wind through the Rif Mountains to the legendary Blue Pearl. Wander dye-blue alleyways, sip mint tea on rooftop terraces, and soak in the mountain village atmosphere.
Trek into the Rif Mountains for a night of camping under the stars. The landscape is dramatic, the air is crisp, and the silence is extraordinary.
Morning waterfall hike through lush gorges, then a leisurely afternoon on the whitewashed beach town of Asilah (art murals, fresh seafood, and Atlantic breezes).
Visit the legendary port city of Tangier: the medina, the Kasbah, and the breathtaking straits where the Atlantic meets the Mediterranean.
Optional surf lessons on the Atlantic coast or a traditional hammam spa experience. Afternoon free for souks and personal exploration.
Final morning in Morocco: last cups of mint tea, last glimpses of the medina. Group departs with memories (and possibly a rug or two) for life.
